Old Smokey Skate Park

The Skate Park is open from dawn to dusk (weather permitting) and may be closed from time to time to facilitate district activities. Any closures will be posted here on our website.

Please be sure to read all usage rules and guidelines.

As of 11/9/25, the Old Smokey Skate Park is now CLOSED for the season.
A sign has been posted at the entrance to the skate park advising of the
seasonal closure. No one is allowed inside the fenced in area of the skate park
while it is closed for the season. Anyone found inside the fenced in area may be
subject to trespassing.

It must remain closed for the duration of the season and CAN NOT be opened
periodically for bouts of good weather.

There is NO definitive reopening date in the spring.
It will reopen sometime in March or April after all necessary inspections have
been completed.

Please remember to read and follow all of the usage rules.
All park grounds close at dark.
The skate park may be closed periodically throughout the season during
public or private events taking place in the park.
